5SOS heading towards Aussie chart milestone

5 Seconds of Summer are heading towards an Australian chart milestone if they keep up their current level of sales.

This week, Youngblood stays at #1 on the ARIA singles chart for a seventh consecutive week.

It now equals with John Farnham’s You’re The Voice, Pseudo Echo’s Funky Town and Kylie Minogue’s Locomotion as the Australian singles with the third-longest stay at #1.

They’ll topple Justice Crew and Que Sera if they hang on for a few more weeks and reach 11 weeks at pole position.

Youngblood has now been certified double Platinum for Australian sales of 140,000.

It went gold in New Zealand where it also reached the top spot.

The song has also gained Top 10 status in Singapore, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia,  Norway and Sweden.
