International DJ and producer TOPIC has signed a deal to join Melbourne-based agency Lucky Ent.

The German/Croatian has become one of the biggest dance acts of 2020, and now Lucky Ent. will manage TOPIC's Austrlian touring, with a view to bringing him down under in 2021.

TOPIC got his start producing for other artists before releasing his debut single 'Light It Up' in 2014. That was followed by  his debut album Miles, and a string of big singles including 'Home' ft. Nic Santos (which went 2x Platinum in Australia) followed.

But it's been his latest single 'Breaking Me' ft. A7S that has taken his career to new heights, with its release seeing TOPIC become a staple of Aussie radio playlists.

Entering the TMN Hot 100 powered by Radio Monitor 17 weeks ago, 'Breaking Me' has just spent a seventh consecutive week as the #2 song at radio.

It then broke the Billboard Hot 100 on July 28, and continues smashing streaming charts both in Australia and around the globe.

"TOPIC has been one of the most successful Dance artists in 2020 thus far having topped the global Shazam chart and has amassed nearly 600,000,000 Streams with Australia being one of his most popular markets," said Luke 'Spags' Giannoukas, Partner/Agency Director @ Lucky Ent.

"And even with the current travel-ban we’re looking to build TOPIC’s profile down under way beyond 2020."

The track has also gone gold in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Portugal and the UK; platinum in Ireland, Netherlands and Poland; double platinum in Switzerland.
