SOTD: Jessica Mauboy welcomes in the weekend on new song 'Sunday'

Jessica Mauboy today dropped her new single ‘Sunday’, the first taste of new music since Eurovision 2018 hit ‘We Got Love’ dazzled on the global stage.

The track is a feel-good bop inspired by her childhood memories and the pleasures of "chilling on a Sunday afternoon".

'Sunday' will feature on the Aussie's forthcoming album to be released later this year.

Mauboy’s run at Australian radio began in 2008 with ARIA Platinum hit ‘Running Back’ ft. Flo Rida.  

Peaking at #4 on the TMN Hot 100, the single set the stage for seven more Top 5 singles on the chart including ‘Inescapable’ (#2) and ‘Pop A Bottle’ (#3).
