Dean Lewis comes to a crossroads in 'Stay Awake' clip

Dean Lewis is back with a new video for his track ‘Stay Awake’.

Filmed in various locations in the Californian desert, the narrative revolves around the idea of moving on.

This video was directed by Stevie Russell, who also shot Dean’s recent video clip for ‘7 Minutes’. The clip was filmed in between his recent sold-out tour of the US.

Depicted is the couple road tripping through the beautiful and allusive Californian desert with many arguments and altercations.

Stopping at gas stations and diners, the couple comes to a literal crossroad. After staying at a dodgy motel for the night, the couple part ways and move on in their separate paths.

Lewis’ 12-track debut album was recently triple j’s feature album, It debuted on the top spot in Australia and 18 on the Billboard Top 200 in the USA.

The APRA nominated artist will be coming back home to Australia in May with support acts Winterbourne and Eliott. Details on the tour can be found here.
