Most Added: Shawn Mendes bleeds radio magic
Mendes’ main contender came in the form of David Guetta & Sia collaboration, ‘Flames’.

Shawn Mendes’ ‘In My Blood’ is radio’s Most Added single this week. Like Charlie Puth a week before, Mendes claims two spots in the Top 5 with dual single ‘Lost In Japan’ finishing up in third.
‘In My Blood’ saw across the board adds from the majority of commercial radio stations in Australia, namely KIIS, Nova and Hit metro and regional networks. ‘Lost In Japan’ was equally as popular, but missed out on critical adds from KIIS and Hit national drive.
Mendes’ main contender came in the form of David Guetta & Sia. Their collaborative effort on ‘Flames’ was playlisted by the entire Nova Network, Hit’s late night program Collective Noun and Ash London LIVE. Ultimately, the decider came down to Hit107 Adelaide and the ACE Radio Network both instead opting to add 'Flames' for weekend/nights add, while Mendes was added ATB.
George Ezra continues his red-hot streak in Australia as ‘Paradise’ lands in the Top 5 on the Most Added chart for a third time. The recent release of his sophomore album didn’t have hurt either, helping to sway both KIIS stations to adopt the track.
Finally, Snow Patrol’s return to commercial radio fared well as the Hit Regional Network and Triple M National Network pinpointed ‘Don’t Give In’ as a worthy addition to its playlist, adding the new single across the board.
