In a relatively quiet week for new music, The Weeknd sweetened the Easter holidays with a surprise release to tempt the tastebuds of fans. Returning to his pensive ways, the Canadian artist delivered the six-track EP My Dear Melancholy and accompanying lead single 'Call Out My Name' - which are expected to land in the Top 3 and Top 10 of their respective charts.

Also moving into the Top 10 on the albums chart will be Vance Joy and Dua Lipa - whose track 'IDGAF' is showing a strong performance over on the singles chart - and Hayley Kiyoko's debut album will see itself score a spot safely in the Top 20 on the Album charts this week too.

Aptly named Expectations, rising queer pop icon Kiyoko goes above and beyond with her dreamy synths and painfully-relateable millennial lyrics. Despite these exciting entries though, Ed Sheeran and The Greatest Showman soundtrack remain firmly planted at the summit of the list for yet another week.

There's a bit more variety over on the singles chart, thanks to Lil Dicky and Chris Brown's collab 'Freaky Friday' continuing to edge its way into the Top 3, while Taylor Swift's 'Delicate' is expected to move up at least eight spots to inside the Top 30.
