JC is the night czar, tasked with liaising with music businesses, live venues and more across Queensland, and paid for from the public purse.

Vivienne Mellish is the new president of QMusic, with John “JC” Collins confirmed as vice president, The Music Network can reveal.

JC is appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for services to the arts through music, and to the community.
