Yungblud to Visit Exclusive Sydney Photo Gallery Ahead of Australian Tour

Yungblud is set to visit his Sydney photo exhibition today (January 8th), giving fans a rare chance to meet him ahead of his Australian tour.

The gallery, Yungblud: IDOLS, is a never-before-seen photography exhibition, which Rolling Stone AU/NZ shared an exclusive first look of this week.

"Australia, I'm fucking here. And I have forgotten how much I love it here," Yungblud said in a video posted to Instagram.

"I'm going to be going down to that exhibition... so, come meet me. Come say hello, come give me a cuddle, come give me a kiss."

Yungblud: IDOLS captures over 18 months of raw, unfiltered moments from the Doncaster-born rockstar’s journey, mixing personal moments with pivotal scenes.

Acclaimed British photographer Tom Pallant has captured his evolution, frame by frame, following how he has become one of the most influential figures of modern alt-rock. The work is officially endorsed by Yungblud, who considers Pallant a creative collaborator, not just a go-to photographer.

Presented by Behind The Gallery, the exhibition has opened at 551 King Street in Newtown.

On Friday, January 9th, the gallery will throw a full album playback, while on Saturday, January 10th – the night of Yungblud’s Sydney concert – it will host a pre-concert meetup for fans headed to Qudos Bank Arena.

Of the gallery’s debut, Pallant told Rolling Stone AU/NZ: “I’m incredibly excited to share this selection of images from the Yungblud: IDOLS campaign for the first time in Sydney. Australia has always given Dom a warm reception, and the two tours I’ve been able to do here have reflected that. The shows are consistently electric and the energy is unmatched, so bringing this exhibition to life at the start of the tour feels especially significant."
