15-year-old Australian singer/songwriter Ruel has upgraded his June 16 hometown show to the Metro Theatre, in order to meet overwhelming demand. His two Northcote Social Club shows (a daytime and an evening on July 7) are also selling quickly.
Quite an impressive feat given the Sydney date will mark his first solo headline performance, the launch of his second single 'Dazed & Confused'.
Ruel's career copped a massive boost last year when Elton John played his debut single 'Don't Tell Me' on his Beats1 radio show, proclaiming he had the “most amazing voice that I’ve ever heard from a male singer at 14 years of age.”
