Triple M has wrapped up Oztober - its month-long celebration of all things Aussie music - with a special edition of Garage Sessions.

Last night session took place in Melbourne, with Birds Of Tokyo, Paul Kelly and The Living End treating a buzzing audience to a stunning performance.

'Ugly' Phil O'Neil played the role of MC.

Oztober also featured a daily lunchtime show hosted by Dave Gleeson of the Screaming Jets and Dave Faulkner from the Hoodoo Gurus, broadcast across Triple M's 36 stations as well as digital radio.

“Aussie music is at the very heart of Triple M and this October we pay tribute to how these artists have shaped our culture," said Triple M head of content Mike Fitzpatrick.
