Sydney and Melbourne SXSW meet-ups announced

Sydney's Lansdowne Hotel and Melbourne's Corner Hotel will play host to free meet-ups for SXSW delegates at the start of August.

The Sydney event is set to occur on August 1st, at the Lansdowne Hotel in Chippendale. Starting at 6pm that evening, the event will run for two hours and will see some veterans share their secrets for success.

The Melbourne version of the meet-up will occur the following night at the Corner Hotel in Richmond. The Corner will play host to the event for its seventh year in a row, with the same multi-speaker format as Sydney, running from 5:30pm to 8pm.

Admission to the events is free, but attendees are urged to RSVP to SXSW Australia representative Phil Tripp beforehand at: tripp@sxsw.com.
