After amassing 20 million streams over 18 months, Melbourne-based producer and songwriter ALIUS (aka Sebastian Ivanov) has signed a record deal with TMRW Music.

I can’t express how excited I am to start the next chapter of my musical endeavours with the TMRW team," Ivanov tells TMN.

"To be part of a team with such a passionate and professional culture, I feel honoured to grow as an artist with them and am thankful to be apart of the TMRW family"

ALIUS has built a sizeable following with records that combine refined production with gorgeous acoustic elements, and stunning vocal melodies and harmonies.

With multiple high-performing track releases under his belt - including 'Impossible To Love You', ‘Fraction' and 'Caught Up’ with Un-Ti (now sitting at over 4.5 million Spotify plays) - ALIUS certainly has a knack for crafting powerful organic soundscapes that stick with you.

It's no surprise then that Ivanov caught the attention of Chris Fraser, head of A&R at TMRW.

“From the first moment I heard Seb’s work it was abundantly clear that he’s a very special talent and I had to work with him," says Fraser.

"His abilities as a producer are in amazing balance with his songwriting skills and his knack for connecting with other artists as a collaborator, and the results are often magical.

"The team and myself could not be more excited to be embarking with him on this next phase of his journey, and we really can’t wait to show the world what he can do.”
