Headwreck Join Capital Artist Management, Announce New EP

Headwreck are ending the week with several pieces of big news.

Brisbane's nu-metal band have announced their highly anticipated new EP, Attitude Adjustment, set for release at the end of the month on Friday, October 31st.

In addition to this news, Headwreck have also been confirmed as Capital Artist Group's latest signing, joining its management roster. They've also announced new booking partnerships with Destroy All Lines (AUS), United Talent Agency (UK), and Pinnacle Entertainment (USA), which should help to extend the band’s global reach.

Headwreck are excited to be joining Capital Artist Group's ranks.

"[...] it’s something we’ve been working towards for a while it feels like it’s all coming together quicker than expected," they tell TMN. 

"It’s been a dream of all of ours to tour overseas since we were very young and we’re really hoping it’ll happen next year, it’s looking super promising now with our little team assembled."

Headwreck's forthcoming EP will feature new single "BINGO!", which guitarist describes as a track "that gives the listener a little bit of everything Headwreck has to offer."

"Each member played a part in bringing this song to life, and we had a lot of fun making it. We hope that listening to this song will be a fun experience for our audience as well," he says.

Drummer Colby Horton adds: “The chorus lyrics are all very much about nostalgia and having fun. Realising nowadays we can still have fun and it’s time to 'change the frequency.'"

On their new EP, Headwreck tell us "Attitude Adjustment in a literal sense is what we’ve done since our prior releases in that we have adjusted our attitude towards creating music. It’s also a reference to the era of WWE that we all grew up with and those themes are mentioned all throughout the EP.

Headwreck is composed of Connor Hickman (vocals), Jamo Benadie (guitar/vocals), Colby Horton (drums), and Dayne Paix (bass/vocals). They recently announced their place on Polaris' Life's A Beach festival in Melbourne next February. Tickets are on sale now.
