Teamwrk Records taps Tommy Jackson as Senior A&R Manager.

Jackson joins from Sony Music Australia, where he accumulated eight years’ experience in the A&R department, most recently as A&R Manager.

At Teamwrk, Jackson will be expected to lead the talent-nurturing process and expand its roster.

“I’m proud to join Teamwrk Records, an innovative label with a proven track record of breaking artists and delivering impactful music,” says Jackson in a statement. “The team’s creative vision and independent spirit are inspiring, and I’m eager to contribute to the next wave of success stories.”

Jackson played a pivotal role in discovering, developing, and guiding a long list of artists at Sony Music, including the likes of MAYA, John Gibbons (licensed P.Y.T), Hugo Basclain, Dylan Wright and Josh Hannan. Also, he secured strategic licensing deals, and played a part in a high-profile sync placement on Scream VI.

Jae Butler-Evans, partner and COO of Lucky Group and Teamwrk Records, adds: “We’re absolutely stoked to welcome Tommy. He brings a wealth of experience from his time at major labels, and we can’t wait to see him channel that expertise into our fast-paced and fiercely independent approach to music.”

Founded in 2017, Teamwrk Records is the recorded music division of Teamwrk Music Group, part of the Lucky Group of independent music companies.
