Streaming sensation Olivia Rodrigo scores Top 40 debut on the Hot 100
'Drivers License' arrives on the TMN Hot 100 at #31 this week.

The first artist to smash global streaming records in 2021, Olivia Rodrigo, has debuted at #31 on the TMN Hot 100 this week with her breakthrough bop 'Drivers License'.
The milestone marks Rodrigo's first appearance on the official airplay chart powered by Radio Monitor, after Australian stations took notice of her high debuts on DPS-owned music charts.
Released January 8, 'Drivers License' hit 50 million streams in its first week. On January 12 - four days after arriving on platforms, it was streamed 17 million times, setting a new one-day record.
Rodrigo, born in 2003, began acting in theatre productions at school. She emerged on Disney Channel sitcom Bizaardvark and Disney+’s 2019 show High School Musical: The Musical: The Series where she wrote some of the soundtracks.
Elsewhere on the Hot 100 this week, Tones And I holds the summit for a fourth consecutive week with her latest earworm 'Fly Away' about chasing dreams and reaching goals.
