Kita Alexander is back on radio’s radar with Hot 100 debut

‘Between You & I’ – the new single from Byron Bay star Kita Alexander – has just debuted on the TMN Hot 100, marking her first appearance on the chart in nearly 18 months.

Increased spins on triple j and Hit92.9 meant the song was able to graduate from the Breakers Chart and into the Hot 100 at #95 this week.

The Warner Music Australia act was last seen on the chart in January 2018 with the Multi-Platinum selling ‘Hotel’. Bowing at #52, the single eventually rose to a high point of #42.

At the height of its run, ‘Hotel’ was the fifth most-played song by a domestic artist on Australian radio.

'Between You & I' is Alexander's third career single to impact the Hot 100 following 'My Own Way''s (#98) brief tenure on the chart.
